Our meal plans are created by registered nutritionists and culinary professionals based on information you provide about your dietary preferences, health goals, activity level, and any dietary restrictions. We offer various subscription tiers to accommodate different needs and preferences.

While we strive to provide accurate, helpful, and up-to-date information, our services are intended for general wellness support and educational purposes. EcoNest is not a medical service, and our recommendations should not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of our services without liability.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Subscription Terms and Billing

Our subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified. By subscribing to any of our paid services, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fees plus any applicable taxes.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our money-back guarantee policy. If payment cannot be processed for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid services until payment is resolved.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid services until that time.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, but will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price increases. Continued use of our services after a price increase constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available through EcoNest services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, recipes, meal plans, nutritional information, and software, are the property of EcoNest or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services and access content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of our services or content.

You may print or download portions of content for your personal use, but you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding our services become the property of EcoNest, and we may use such information to improve our services without any obligation to compensate you.

Health and Safety Disclaimers

EcoNest provides general nutritional guidance and meal planning suggestions for educational and informational purposes only. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, nor are they intended to replace professional medical advice.

Before making any significant dietary changes or starting any new nutrition program, you should consult with qualified healthcare professionals, especially if you have existing health conditions, take medications, or have specific dietary restrictions or allergies.

Individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees about specific health outcomes or weight management results. Our meal plans and recommendations are based on general nutritional principles and should be adapted to your individual needs and circumstances.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether our services and recommendations are appropriate for you. EcoNest cannot and does not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or health issues that may result from following our recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoNest and its affiliates, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

This limitation includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of our services is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with such use.
